Bedtime, handled

At bedtime, apps rest until morning. Your kid sees a calm night screen instead of a fight.

  • Works across midnight, every night, even offline.
  • Calls always go through. You choose a few apps that stay on, like sleep sounds.

    FAQ

    Questions parents ask

No, and neither can we. AskTime sets time limits and bedtime. It never reads messages, photos, browsing or location.

About 5 minutes if your kid already has a child account in Apple's Family Sharing. If not, AskTime walks you through creating one first, which takes about 10 more minutes.

On iPhone and iPad, deleting AskTime needs your approval. On Android, a setting has to be turned off first. If Screen Time access is ever turned off, or a device stops checking in for a day, you get an alert. These protections are always free.

Yes. AskTime works on Android phones and tablets (Android 8 or later), for parents and kids. A parent on iPhone can set rules for a kid on Android, and the other way round.

Your rules stay in place. Nothing unlocks by surprise. You just can't change Premium settings until you renew.

No. This website only tells you about AskTime. You get the app from the App Store or Google Play, and everything else happens in the app. The site asks for nothing and collects nothing.
